Where do you ship from?
We ship from Sydney, Australia using trusted carriers like Australia Post and Sendle.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping Australia wide.
How much is shipping?
- Standard AUS shipping: $9.95
- Express AUS shipping: $13.95
- Free standard shipping for orders over $50 AUD
How long will my order take?
- Standard shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my socks?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if socks are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Simply email us at hello@graviactive.com.au with your name, order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Note, we will replace any defective product but this does not include general wear and tear.
Can I return sale items?
Items purchased from a sale/clearance will not be accepted for return.
Do you offer free returns?
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How should I wash my grip socks?
To keep your socks looking and feeling their best:
- Cold wash on a gentle cycle
- Wash inside-out to protect the grip
- Air dry flat (avoid tumble drying or ironing)
How can I maintain the grip life?
Our silicone grips are designed for durability, but we recommend avoiding fabric softeners and high heat to extend their life.
