Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia and free standard shipping for orders over $50.

  • Standard (3–6 business days): $9.95
  • Express (1–3 business days): $13.95


Delivery Locations

Currently shipping within Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly.


Gravi Active is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties. However, please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

 

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. You can opt for an exchange, store credit or refund,

To Initiate a Return:

Email us at hello@graviactive.com.au with your order number and reason. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as new orders once the original item is returned.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or you will receive an email with your store credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Items that are Non-Refundable/Returnable

Clearance/Sale Items. This includes any product that is purchased on a sale event. In the event that a product becomes unavailable during a sale, refunds will be processed automatically.
